Upright
What you set in motion is starting to show results, and you can already see the ships approaching. The Three of Wands is about foresight and growth. In your question, it is time to think bigger, seek collaboration and dare to reach further than you first planned. What you have sown has taken root.
Reversed
Things are moving slower than you hoped, and patience is wearing thin. Perhaps you expected results too quickly, or you have looked so far ahead that you missed what is happening close by. The Three of Wands reversed asks you to review your expectations. A delay does not have to be a failure.
