Upright
Three people plan together in front of an arch under construction. The Three of Pentacles is about collaboration and having your skills recognised. In your question, it asks you to contribute what you know and listen to what others know. What is built together, with care for the details, lasts longer.
Reversed
The collaboration is chafing. Perhaps you are pulling in different directions, or you feel your contribution is not appreciated. It might also be that you are trying to do everything yourself. The Three of Pentacles reversed asks you to review roles and expectations. Who do you need to talk to so the work can flow again?
