Upright
You have more to work with than you think. Everything you need is already on the table: knowledge, tools, a clear will. The Magician asks what you actually intend to do with it. In your situation, it is time to stop preparing and start shaping things, with intention and full attention.
Reversed
The ability is there, but it is being misused or left idle. Perhaps you are scattering yourself in too many directions, or talking yourself into something you quietly doubt. Watch for moments when words matter more than reality, in yourself or in others. Gather yourself around one single thing.
