Upright
You are carrying too much. The Ten of Wands shows someone hauling every staff alone, so heavily that the road ahead is barely visible. In your question, it is worth seeing what you have taken on out of duty, habit or pride. Not everything has to be carried by you. What can you hand over, postpone or drop?
Reversed
The burden has grown so heavy that something has to give. Perhaps you are close to putting everything down at once, or you have finally started to delegate. The Ten of Wands reversed can also show that you are carrying something that was never yours. Whose expectations are you really living up to?
