Upright
This is leadership that inspires rather than commands. The King of Wands sees the whole picture and has the courage to go first. In your question, he asks you to take responsibility for your vision and lead, perhaps others, perhaps only yourself. Keep the overview, make decisions, and let your conviction be contagious.
Reversed
The will to lead has turned into impatience or dominance. Perhaps you run over others to get things your way, or your standards are so high that nobody can meet them, not even you. The King of Wands reversed reminds you that real strength can also listen. Where do you need to loosen your control?
