Upright
A spark has been lit. The Ace of Wands shows an idea, a desire or an initiative that wants out into the world now, while the fire is fresh. In your question, it is time to say yes to what wakes you up. Do not wait until everything is thought through. Take the first step while enthusiasm still carries you.
Reversed
The spark is there, but it finds nothing to catch on. Perhaps you have too many ideas and cannot get started on any, or fear of failing has smothered the desire before it got air. Ask yourself what actually lit you up in the first place. Give that one thing ten minutes today.
